We’ve spent years perfecting the art of making Detroit Deep Dish Pizzas.

• To achieve a thick, crispy yet airy base, we prepare dough with high hydration levels of over 75% that is fermented over a minimum of 24 hours.
• The caramelised golden cheesy edge where the crunch comes from is the holy grail of Detroit Pizza. We use a signature 3 cheese blend for the perfectly caramelised, flavourful, crunchy edges.
• For a most authentic experience, these deep dish pizzas are made in special pans imported from the States.
• Topped with premium ingredients and homemade sauces, these pizzas are cut in 4 so nobody has to fight for the edges. Serves 1-2.
